Africa Praise Night

It was a wonderful time for us as a church to launch our first Sunday evening service. So many people had approached us and wanted to know when we were going to start a Sunday evening service. Like all things in ministry it had to be led by the Lord and birthed at the right time. The leadership waited upon the Lord and after months of prayer finally released the date to launch the Sunday evening service. This was almost nine months after the church was planted. To celebrate the launch we had an Africa Praise Night. The entire church pitched in and worked very hard to host this night. It was wonderful to see people painting African art, making African décor and preparing African food. There was even Africa praise and worship at the service. The sound, lighting and special effects spoke of glorious praise to our God. The atmosphere on the night was amazing but the awesome presence of God took precedence. The Lord touched many people on that night by breaking tradition and transforming their lives.
