Pastor's New Year Message

I want to take this opportunity wish you all of God's best for 2003. God spoke to me at our New Years Eve Communion Service concerning His call for 2003.

The message came forth powerfully from 2 Chronicles 7:14,

"if My people who are called by name would humble themselves and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and heal their land." (NKJV)

I believe very strongly that God is calling our church to prayer for 2003 and I believe that He is calling the church universally to prayer in 2003. Prayer is the best tool we have available and to pray does not require any formal qualification. You do not have to go to bible school, you do not have to have a degree or diploma and receive a prophetic Word to pray. Prayer requires us to just speak with God. God desires in 2003 to hear the voice of the church. You are the church and God desires to hear your voice.

The prayer in our church is that we fall in love with Jesus all over again, that we fall in love with Him through prayer. I pray that you would do the same. God desires to hear you, weather it be in your prayer closet or in the midst of your Sunday congregation. Your Father desires to hear you, speak to Him.

I take this time to also pray that you, your family and your church will be blessed with the abundance of heavens best in 2003.
